In November 2012, JaBistro opened its doors to bring our sophisticated take on traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi to the world.

JaBistro’s home in the Entertainment District in the heart of downtown Toronto is warm and inviting, welcoming guests from near and far. From its light wood panels to exposed brick walls, our modern bistro combines elegant and chic design with natural touches to reflect our innovative approach to Japanese food.

Sushi is an art form. The plate is our canvas. The ingredients are our colours. From our fresh take on flame-seared aburi sushi to our original touch on pressed oshizushi sushi, our dishes balance taste and texture to enhance your dining experience.
